Refund policy

At Luxury Gallery, every watch is brand new, fully inspected, and backed by our authenticity guarantee before it ships. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives not as described or with a manufacturing defect.

Because every piece is sold new and in pristine condition, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. This policy allows us to guarantee that every watch we sell is unworn and complete.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In all original packaging
  • With all tags, stickers, and protective film intact
  • With bracelet links not resized or altered

Returns that arrive worn, altered, incomplete, or damaged through misuse cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Email info@luxurygallerydubai.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short description of the issue (for defects, please include clear photos). Our team replies within one business day. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions.

Return shipping

For approved returns (not as described or defective), Luxury Gallery covers the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
