Luxury Gallery ships worldwide from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Every order is sent fully insured via Emirates Post (EMX) and requires a signature on delivery for your security.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within one business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or UAE public holidays.

Shipping is charged in your local currency at checkout, based on your delivery region:
- United Arab Emirates: Free shipping — 1–2 business days
- Saudi Arabia: SAR 130 — 2–5 business days
- Qatar: QAR 130 — 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: GBP 30 — 3–8 business days
- Europe: EUR 35 — 3–8 business days
- Canada: CAD 50 — 3–8 business days
- United States: USD 35 — 3–8 business days
- Australia: AUD 55 — 3–8 business days
- Rest of the world: USD 40 — 3–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by customs clearance and carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Insurance and signature
